Eccpremier, in strategic partnership with BESIX and Equans, was selected by KevlinX Data Centres to design and construct a turn-key 40 MVA facility in Neder-Over-Heembeek, near Brussels. This centre is designed for large enterprises, governments, and cloud providers, offering secure, flexible colocation and wholesale space that meets the highest standards for reliability and sustainability.

The consortium's reputation as a trusted network for complex data centre infrastructure is built on years of international experience and an unyielding commitment to quality. By combining ECC Premier's rigorous design coordination and project management frameworks with an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) approach, the partners ensured close collaboration, seamless risk mitigation, and highly efficient field delivery.

The state-of-the-art facility meets strict Tier III Uptime Institute standards, utilizing redundant systems and robust planning to guarantee reliable, uninterrupted operations. Under this integrated oversight model, the data centre was successfully handed over in December 2025, just over 19 months after the initial start of construction.
